Add Accounteer support to your account
Our support team is always there to help you. By default our support team cannot access your account. You need to explicitly grant access. In order to do so you need to add the Accounteer support account as a new team member.
Go to "Settings" > "Team" > "Add Team Member"
Now enter the details of the Accounteer support account.
Now our support team can access your account and help you resolve the issue. Once the ticket is closed you can remove the access of the support team.
